Preparation

1.Preheat the oven to 425 F. Cut the potatoes, mix with a little oil, salt, pepper and bake on a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.

2.Meanwhile, cut the broccoli in small bouquets, chop the onion, the garlic and the dill. Cut the salmon in 4 fillets (if needed).

3.Mix the broccoli and 3/4 of the onion with a little oil, add salt, pepper and add to the baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.

4.Meanwhile, in a saucepan, fry the garlic and the rest of the onion with a little oil. Add the juice of half the lime and the cream. Simmer a few minutes and add the zest of half the lime and the dill.

5.After the 10 minutes, add the salmon fillets to the baking sheet with the vegetables. Add a little lime juice and oil on the salmon and bake for 15 minutes, until everything is cooked.

 

You’re ready to devour!

Preparation

1.Press and remove water from the tofu and cut in dice. Chop the garlic, the shallots and the ginger. Boil a large pot of water.

2.In a large pan with a little olive oil over high heat, grill the tofu for about 5 minutes.

 

3.Meanwhile, cut the eggplant and remove the stems from the green beans.

4.In the large pan, add the garlic, the shallot and the ginger and lower the heat to medium. Cook for 2-3 minutes and add the soy sauce. Mix well and add the eggplants and the green beans. Cook for about 10 minutes.

5.Add the coconut milk and cook for 5 minutes.

6.Meanwhile, cook the noodles in the boiling water for about 2 minutes, according to the packaging instructions. Drain and serve the noodles with the vegetables, the tofu and the sauce.

Preparation

1.Boil water in a large pot. Cut the onion in small pieces, chop the garlic and remove the green bean stems.

2.In a large pan with a little olive oil over high heat, cook the chicken a few minutes on each side.

3.Add the onions and lower the heat. Cook about 3 minutes and add the green beans. Cook for about 10 minutes, until the chicken is well cooked and the green beans still a little crunchy.

4.Meanwhile, cook the orzo in the boiling water for about 8 minutes, following the packaging instructions. Drain well.

5.When the chicken is cooked, add the cooked orzo to the pan and remove from the heat.

6.Add the pesto and stir well.
